What can be returned: Products purchased from us can be returned only if they have not been printed, embellished or altered in any way. A 25% restocking fee will apply to any un alterted merchandise that buyer returns. Any items that have been printed or altered by Electric Screen Printing are only eligible for refund if there are damages as the result of a mistake or misprint by us.
If you are concerned about the sizing or washability of a garment we highly recommend that you purchase 1 (unprinted) sample, in each size, prior to placing your full order. We can usually ship blank samples within 2 business days. Many of our the products we sell are preshrunk but will still have some shrinkage after washing, especially when dryed on high heat. Cotton/ poyester blended garments generally have less shrinkage than 100% cotton.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of purchase. Once merchandise is printed, embellished, or altered in any way, the Buyer cannot return or make a claim relating to such merchandise. Garments modified by the Buyer, or modified by Seller at the request of the Buyer, may not be returned. Seller may agree, as an accommodation to Buyer, to purchase these items back. Should seller make this accommodation, Buyer authorizes seller to sell such garments and warrants that it has the right to sell such goods to Seller and releases and indemnifies seller from any liability related to labels, marks, designs or other intellectual property rights in anyway related to the sale or distribution of these goods. Blank items will not be accepted for return if they have been washed or have any other visible signs (dirt, stains, etc.) of use.
Returns for refund: must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Minimum Order Quantity
Our minimum order quantity requirement for decorated items is 48 units per design. You can split up your product colors and sizes within that amount but the total quantity must meet our minimum. There is no minimum order requirement to purchase products without any decoration.
Art Approval / Order Proofing
We take necessary steps ensure that every order is printed exactly how our customers envision them to be. We try to send a quote and mockups for every order but it is the buyers responsibity request these items prior to proceeding with the order. Please double check all spelling, grammar, logos, product info, artwork, sizing and placement to ensure accuracy. Colors may appear slightly different due to differences in monitors. For accurate colors please pick from a Pantone Coated version color book and list them in your quote request. Once you have approved the quote and mockups you are confirming that everything in the order is correct and that you will not hold Electric Screen Printing liable for mistakes that result from overlooked details.
Turn Around Time
We do everything we can to make sure that every order is completed by it's Due Date. The turn around time on your order starts after we have received your deposit, have all information required to complete your order (all mock ups, high resolution or vector artwork, working /correct tags, all fonts required for editable tags, all shipping info, ink colors, ink types, and any other requested info etc.). Delay in receipt of *any* of this info could result in production delays. Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround times. Delay in approval of mock ups could also result in production delays. Each finishing service will add extra time to the turn around on orders, adding roughly 2 days per finishing to the turn around time. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice.
If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee ($ .75 per unit in order) may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of Electric Screen Printing’s control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.
Electric Screen Printing is closed on all national holidays and these days are not considered business days when counted in turn around times.
Orders must be paid with a 50% deposit prior to any work beginning. Unless otherwise approved by Electric Screen Printing staff, customers with terms, etc. If you pay via check, the turn around time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears.
All files must be submitted in 300 DPI or vector format. The design should be sized to the size you would like it to print or larger and dimensions should be provided. Text must be converted to outlines. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. Electric Screen Printing will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. Electric Screen Printing is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we may not catch them all. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it. If we notice that there are any issues with your artwork we will notify you before the order goes into production. We can provide artwork services or or artwork retouching for an additional charge.
Out of stock items
Electric Screen Printing is not responsible for items that are out of stock by suppliers and or distributors. While we check items we know to have potential stock issues, all garments are ordered after your order is placed, and we cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements and get it approved by you before using the chosen item. We will not charge a Cancellation Fee if we are unable to fulfill the items requested.
Printing On Uneven Surfaces
Inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing over zippers, pockets or any other uneven surfaces. We do not suggest this if you are concerned about the quality of printing. Electric Screen Printing will not be responsible for these inconsistencies.
Scaling Artwork To Fit Garments
When providing artwork, consider that the logo will be printed the same dimensions across all product sizes, unless otherwise specified by you. Although Electric Screen Printing has the great equipment and experienced staff, inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage when printing near or over the collar, seams, or any other uneven surface. Larger prints (over 12" inches in width) may run the risk of going over the sleeve seam, especially on youth or womens sizes. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered for reprints and or damages. Please scale your artwork size to fit on all garment sizes that you are ordering. If you are unsure as to what size your artwork should be scaled, we will be happy to make recommendations or size the art for you. If you want your artwork as large as possible on all items, additional Setup Charges may apply.
Cancelled Orders Due To Buyer Mistake
There is a $200 cancelled set up fee for any changes made to an order that is in the production process. IE: Once a machine is set up and buyer requests to stop production there is a $200 cancellation fee to cover for the time spent mixing inks, preparing machines and garments as well as setting up machines.
Cancellations & Restocking Fees
Cancellations made after order has been placed will be subject to a 25% product restocking fee plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments (tag removal, printed tags, printing, hem tagging, etc.) has begun on the order.
Must Have Dates & Rush Orders
Electric Screen Printing will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. A Rush Fee ($ .75 per unit) will be charged for orders needed in less than standard Turn Around Time. We can only be responsible for having the order completed by the Due Date, if your items need to be shipped, please give yourself exta time. Customer is responsible to cover the cost of any expedited shipping costs, if needed. We take must-have dates very seriously and we are very good about meeting deadlines but if we are unable to meet a rush order deadline (very uncommon) you will not be charged the Rush Fee.
Under Runs, Damages & Spoilage
Due to the nature of this business, Electric Screen Printing will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 2% per design (spoilage must be more than 24 units per design for a reprint). Please keep this in mind when ordering that if there are misprints, we may not fill the whole order. We will refund / dectuct the cost of any items shorted from your invoice but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order (or 10 shirts minimum). There is an industry standard 2% order tolerance due to damages and misprints. It is common in screen printing to have a few misprints in an order. We recommend ordering at least 2% extra in each size if exact quantities are needed.
There is a $35 returned / Non Sufficient Funds check fee
Printing Prices: Screenprint pricing is a very complex system but we do the best to ensure our customers receive the fairest price possible. The main two factors that determine the printing price are the number of colors in each logo and quantity printed per logo (the more colors in a logo, the higher the cost but the larger the order quantity per logo, the lower the cost). Each print location, on a garment, is a separate charge. Logo size and specialty inks can effect printing prices as well.
Setup Charge: In addition to the printing price there is a one-time Setup Charge for each design. Setup charges are $35 per color in artwork. Dark garments will require underbase to printed which ensures top colors will be vibrant. This adds an extra color to the setup charge.
Finishing: Services such as, folding, bagging, tagging and relabeling, are considered extra charges and not factored into the decoration price.
Garment Prices: Our garment pricing is subject to our suppliers pricing and can go up or down slightly without notice. We offer volume discounts on garments when you order in case quantities (12 dozen + of one product style).
Electric Screen Printing is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We source products from manufacturers that have excellent quality control and defects are not too common but occasionally we get a few that come through. We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We do not manufacturer these garments ourselves, so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 2% extra of each size if an exact count is important.
Discharge Ink Printing
Some manufacturers over-dye their garments. Over-dying is the process of re-dying a garment after it’s initial manufacturing period. This is done for any number of reasons, including color correction, clearing out of colors that didn’t sell (purple shirts aren’t selling so the manufacturer dyes them black to sell them as black shirts), etc. Because of this factor, Electric Screen Printing cannot 100% guarantee exact color consistency on coloring with discharge ink printing or discharge based services. This is most noticeable on white ink prints (showing a slight off white tinge), but can sometimes be seen with other colors. If you are concerned about the possibility of over-dying on a garment you are interested in or would like more information or alternate print methods, please contact us prior to submitting an order. We will be glad to provide you with any information that may help you avoid this issue. (This does not apply when printing using industry standard plastisol inks)
Customer Supplied Garments
If a garment is provided by the customer, Electric Screen Printing can not be held responsible for how the garment is effected by the print. There all kinds of different garment manufacturing processes and we can not be certain how our inks and process will effect a customer supplied garment. If you are worried about this we recommend purchasing your garments from us, as we have lots of experience printing on the garments we sell. Cotton, Cotton/ Poly Blends and Polyester garments are recommended for best printing results.
To return your items:
- Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
- Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
